1. Purpose & scope

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order and/or obtain a refund for purchases made on render-zone.com (the “Site”). It applies to all purchases of digital content (AI-generated image packs and similar files) and to platform credits/tokens (collectively, the “Products”).

2. Our Products

  • Digital Content: AI-generated image packs, digital art, and other downloadable or streamable files delivered electronically after payment is authorised.
  • Tokens: platform credits that allow access to certain AI-generation features or to obtain Digital Content within the Site. Tokens are not legal tender, non-transferable (unless we expressly allow), and not redeemable for cash.

We do not offer subscriptions.

3. Your right to cancel (UK distance selling rules)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may have a 14‑day right to cancel certain distance purchases. However, that right does not apply after the supply of digital content has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right to cancel once the download/streaming or account access starts.

  • Digital Content: If you request/allow immediate download or account access during the 14‑day period (e.g., by ticking a box at checkout), you acknowledge that the statutory right to cancel is lost once access begins.
  • Tokens: If you request/allow immediate crediting of Tokens to your account during the 14‑day period, you acknowledge that the statutory right to cancel is lost once Tokens are credited and available for use.
  • If you do not consent to immediate performance, you may cancel within 14 days from the day after your Order. In that case, do not download any Digital Content or access any credited Tokens before we confirm cancellation.

4. Faulty or misdescribed digital content (your statutory rights)

If Digital Content is defective or misdescribed, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or—where repair/replacement is impossible or disproportionate—a price reduction or refund, in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • We may ask for reasonable information (e.g., screenshots, error messages, file names) to diagnose the issue.
  • Where a refund is issued for Digital Content, we may disable access to downloads and request you delete all copies and derivatives to the extent reasonably feasible.

5. Non‑refundable situations

  • Change of mind after you have begun downloading/streaming Digital Content or after Tokens have been credited/used.
  • Files function as described and meet stated minimum requirements, but your device or software is incompatible or misconfigured.
  • Tokens that have been spent (in whole or in part).
  • Suspected abuse of the refund process, improper chargebacks, or breaches of the Terms & Conditions.

6. How to request a cancellation or refund

  • Email: info@render-zone.com
  • Subject line: “Refund/Cancel Request – Order #[number]”.
  • Include: order number, purchase date/time, product(s), and a brief description of the issue. For Digital Content issues, attach screenshots or error details; for Tokens, indicate whether any tokens were used.
  • Timing: We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and to resolve within 14 days where practicable.

7. Refund method and timing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different account.
  • If your Order involved currency conversion (USD/EUR/AUD/CAD), the refunded amount may differ from the original due to FX movements and your provider’s fees—we do not control these.
  • Once we approve a refund, we process it promptly. Your payment provider may take additional time to post funds back to you.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback after accessing downloads or credited Tokens, we may dispute the chargeback and, where appropriate, restrict or close your account in line with our Terms & Conditions.
